City of Martinsburg Defers Funds for Treatment Program

In case anyone is wondering what our city council thinks about a treatment center here a story is out today by our local newspaper.

“I personally would like to see that thing put on hold until we see our upcoming (city) balance in July or August, and then we’ll revisit this thing instead of jumping into it right now,” said Councilman Mark Baker.
